Open Protocol IP System
The Care Plus system powered by Fusion is a fully open protocol system designed to interface into any other open protocol systems based within the hospital environment. Care Plus does not need a dedicated network and interfaces into existing hospital network infrastructure. Interfaces from BMS, fire, security, paging and even individual patient medical monitoring equipment can be interfaced through Care Plus to paging, SMS or email.

Web base interactive touch screen
The Care Plus interface is a web base GUI built on the .Net infrastructure, meaning any nurse familiar with the internet can drive the system. Reducing the need for systems training for nursing and administrative staff. Zone, patient, nurse registration is easy to change and update, swing ward and dynamic ward status is easy to change and monitor enabling priorities to be set on even standard call points.

Dynamic Ward Status
The Dynamic Ward Status display is designed to display the state of all callpoints on the ward including active calls and call assignments. Calls are displayed in Callpoint Group Status boxes, which may be clicked to provide more information such as active calls. Active calls will display unassigned calls first, in decreasing priority order, followed by assigned calls.

No PC or Server Necessary
The Fusion Series IAM is a network appliance with a standard industrial 19”rack mount enclosure to fit easily in most
environments. This self-contained architecture does not require a PC or Server and results in a lower total cost of ownership and ongoing support considerations.

Lower Cost of Ownership
Care Plus Genesis system has been designed to keep ongoing maintenance to a minimum with remote login and proactive fault reporting to maintenance engineers. Additionally, structured cabling allows any input to be mapped to any output reducing installation costs with click and play RJ45 cables. This functionality is estimated to reduce maintenance cost by 15% and installation cost by up to 40%.

 Dome LightDome Light

The Dome light is a multi-color over door LED lamp designed to give a visual indication of calls and priority levels. Typically installed in corridors above doors to indicate which room the call was made from.

 Dry AreaDry Area Call Point

The Dry Area Call Point is a Flush Wall Mount unit with optional Pendant socket. Call Activation is by pressing the Call button,or from the optional plug in Call Pendant. Upon placing a call, the patient receives visual confirmation via a reassurance LED. Call Point are available in a number of standard colors and labels for use as various levels or alarm. The Pendant Socket also incorporates a pendant removal alarm, which activates a call when the pendant is removed.

 Entertainment Handset

ELA Entertainment Set The cornerstone of any patient staff communication system, The EVH-90 Entertainment handset has been designed to meet the specific requirements of the patient, hospital and Engineering staff. Providing significant improvements over the existing handsets with durability and improved features. The Handset combines in one compact unit: a speaker for listening to TV and/or radio sound and a convenient group of controls for reading light, TV channel and volume selection.

The Nurse Call button has brail identification and two reassurance lights. Also included is; Earphone jack, and a microphone for patient nurse communication via portable phones.

Upon placing a call, the patient receives visual confirmation via a reassurance LED that a call has been placed.

White Board Module

ELA White BoardThe Whiteboard Module provides an interface in text and graphical format for all active alarms within the system. The interface is provided through a web browser and can be used on a PC with a dedicated wide screen monitor.

The Whiteboard Module is a separately licensed option. You will need a new license key to activate the whiteboard module.

 Reporting Module

ELA CarePlus Reporting Module

CarePlus Reporting Module The CarePlus Reporting Module collects and stores data to an SQL recording hundreds of events occurring throughout your facility every day. Reports can be generated on either the messages or alarms past and present on your CarePlus system.

Multiple Sites / Remote Access The Devices configuration dialogue in the Reporting Module lets users add CarePlus devices to the system from any site any ward. Using a standard HTML browser, users with the relevant security privileges can access the Reporting Module, select a device and run a report. This means that even a Healthcare group comprised of facilities anywhere in the world can access any of their sites via the Internet.

Get The Right Information When running a report via the module, filters can be applied enabling only the information required appears on the finished report. For example, when running a message report users filter by; time, user, text in the message, recipient and more.
