CarePlus™ smartphone integration allows clinicians to be alerted to patient calls, alarms and messages. The free downloadable application allows clinicians to accept, reject, message back, and/or auto escalate alarms. A call back feature is also available that allows clinicians to respond to alarms by calling a patient's room. This communication helps nursing staff to better prioritise their workflow, helping them to manage their response to various patient calls.
